Policies

RETREAT POLICY:

1. There is no room service facility. Food is strictly not allowed inside the guests rooms and cottages.  Meals will be only served at the Dining Room.
2. All Meals are buffets with a set menu. No a la carte orders.
3. All our rooms and cottages are non-smoking, therefore Smoking Cigarettes / Hookah / Shisha is strictly prohibited inside the cottages. (Liable to a Fine)
4. Bath Towels and Linen will be changed on request. In regard to water conservation we advise reuse during your stay.
5. Pets are strictly not allowed on beds or on any furniture or use of towels/ linen. (Liable to a Fine)
6. Guests shall be responsible and liable for all the losses and damages caused by them to the retreats property and assets.
7. Please keep the retreat clean and litter free and do not pick flowers.
8. Playing Loud Music / Noise is not allowed in the Retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. No cancellation charges if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival.
2. 25% Cancellation charges will be levied, if cancelled between 7-14 days prior to arrival. 
3. No refund if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
4. No refund for unused nights.
5. The above cancellation policy is not valid if the rooms booked during any long weekend, festive season, Christmas, New Year or any such other times during the year wherein rooms will be confirmed subject to non refundable advance.  

WATER EMERGENCY:

Due to deficient rainfall we are buying water to be able to run the resort. You are therefore requested to converse water and use it judiciously by not leaving the tap open while soaping your hands or taking a shower.

DISCLAIMER:

Since our nature retreat is located in the middle of an orchard with oak and deodar trees therefore it is suggested to be aware of various insects, flies, spiders and lizards which are part of the ecosystem.

It is suggested to take care of the kids well and always under guidance as the retreat is spread over hill terraces and it is not advised to leave the kids alone.

We have basic first aid kit available at the retreat and the nearest hospital is 2 hrs drive away, Please make sure you are carrying your own prescription medicines.

The Retreat Management will not be responsible for guests’ valuables , item loss or damage during the stay. Please take care of your own belongings.
